Hydroponic Update - July 12

The recent heat wave brought daytime temps of up to 120F in the G.H.! Nutrient temp maxed out at 82F (behold the power of insulated reservoir combined with evaporative cooling), with the plants showing no signs of stress.
EC is now 1.5; pH 6.2. The toms are showing first flowering clusters. Basil were pinched at 3rd internode for bushiness. Eggplant are really slow growers by comparison. So far, so good using "Southern Vegetable" formula from Hydro-Gardens, supplemented with CaNo3 and MgSo4. See you in 2 weeks.
